Don Fabrizio-Garcia is a full-time real estate broker.
He is the broker/owner of Fab Real Estate, as well as the owner/instructor for Fab Real Estate School, training future real estate licensees and preparing them to pass their state licensing examinations.

He understands that while he does this every day, his clients typically only buy and sell homes every few years at the most. Don enjoys taking what can be a stressful process for his clients and walking them through it, step-by-step, with a little bit of humor and a whole lot of compassion.

referrals for contractors, information about your new neighborhood or schools, directions to the best stores, and
to help you in any way possible. Don realizes his business depends on satisfied clients and their referrals, and has
had the privilege of becoming friends with his clients -- friendships that last long after the deal has closed.
Because of this, Don gets to enjoy the pleasure and the privilege of helping the families and friends of his past clients with their own real estate transactions.

While being a full-time real estate professional, Don is also active in his community. He is a licensed foster parent and an adoptive parent to three four wonderful children. He is a member of the PTO of all of his children's schools and often volunteers his time to assist in fundraising efforts. He loves pets, and his family has many, including dogs, parrots and fish. His family can often be found riding their bikes, gardening or boating on Candlewood Lake. Don also donates time and money to organizations that benefit children and animals, and regularly volunteers to speak to those attending foster parent training classes to share his stories with them.
